Dear Dr. Brenner,

I want to thank you very deeply, from the bottom of my heart, for curing me from a Stage-III, High-Grade bladder cancer.

As you know, all doctors I have seen in the U.S. and Israel have insisted on an operation to remove the entire bladder. I came to your wonderful center indeed for a new hope of avoiding such radical treatment.

The test (cystoscopy) and biopsy I had last week revealed no tumor at all, and the extensive biopsy was all negative in its results—no cancer left.

I credit fully for my recovery from this grave illness your treatment with hyperthermia.

In addition, I highly commend both you and your wonderful staff for your incredibly humane, caring, supportive treatment and attitude to the patient.

Dear Doctor Brenner,

Please allow me to recapture some of the key moments from my experience as your patient:

I arrived at your clinic shortly after landing in Tel-Aviv from Singapore, with a loco-regional recurrence of stage 3, grade 3, very aggressive ER+ breast cancer. I was scared, and when we met I said that I was willing to do everything. While I expressed my concern about chemo (I gravitate towards holistic and non-toxic treatments), given the aggressiveness of my cancer and the fact that I have a 5-year old daughter, I was ready for the battle for my life.

My first surprise came when you suggested that we start with a full arsenal of your non-toxic treatments, but without chemo and radiation. Initially, I was concerned because I didn’t want to leave any stone unturned. But, you convinced me that it is not an emergency and we can give it a few weeks and see how it goes.

The next surprise came very soon: less than two weeks after the start of my treatment, my skin metastases were 80% gone – and one month later, completely gone. At that point, I stopped asking about the need to add chemo and radiation to my treatment plan.

What was included in my protocol: hyperthermia (full-body), superficial hyperthermia and Galvano therapy to the chest wall, intravenous vitamin C cocktail, Iscucin injections, and Tamoxifen.

Exactly 2 months after the start of my treatment, my PET-CT scan showed no contrast uptake and no anatomical abnormalities in the chest wall and in the lymph nodes. My previous scan before arriving showed both.

Besides what clearly proved to be a very effective treatment protocol (which you once affectionately nicknamed as an “atomic bomb for my cancer”), the following are what I believe were the key ingredients for this success:

• Your intuition and ability to develop a treatment plan that is not simply effective, but also fully in line with a patient’s belief system. This is truly personalized medicine at its best!
• Your accessibility to me as a patient. Never – not once – during the 2 months that you treated me, did I have to wait more than a few minutes to have my question or concern answered – without rush or delay, and in the most informative and compassionate manner possible.
• The atmosphere at your office, and your staff. I had a hard time explaining this to my friends and family, because this is rather astounding: I ran to your office for treatment with the type of joy and enthusiasm I don’t remember experiencing while doing things that are much more naturally expected to elicit these kinds of emotions. Kudos to your amazing staff for being such an integral part of your success!
• And last but certainly not least, your genuine concern for me as a patient, and your passion for what you do. That is simply priceless, and I consider myself very fortunate and blessed to have a doctor like you.
